The idea is that you only need to spend like 7 minutes a day to get a good workout for the whole body.
How it goes :
Do the following exercise for 30 secs per exercise and rest for 10 sec in between.
- Jumping jack
- Wall sit
- Push up
- Sit ups or crunches
- Step up with alternate legs
- Chair dips
- Jogging on the spot
- Push up and rotate arm 90 degree
- Side plank
If you need a timer you can go to 7-min.com where they will time and show you the exercises so you can just follow.
I will be trying it out for a week and see how it goes.
P.S. The title can be misleading, because the actual duration of the exercise should be around 7 min 50 secs, including the rest time in between exercises.
