The 7 minute work out – the most efficient way to exercise

The idea is that you only need to spend like 7 minutes a day to get a good workout for the whole body.

How it goes :

Do the following exercise for 30 secs per exercise and rest for 10 sec in between.

  1. Jumping jack
  2. Wall sit
  3. Push up
  4. Sit ups or crunches
  5. Step up with alternate legs
  6. Squats
  7. Chair dips
  8. Plank
  9. Jogging on the spot
  10. Lunges
  11. Push up and rotate arm 90 degree
  12. Side plank

If you need a timer you can go to where they will time and show you the exercises so you can just follow.

I will be trying it out for a week and see how it goes.

P.S. The title can be misleading, because the actual duration of the exercise should be around 7 min 50 secs, including the rest time in between exercises.
